Two bicycle routes lead along the Spree, the Spree Cycle Path and the Cucumber Cycle Path. On the Spree Cycle Path you follow the course of the Spree river from its three sources in the Upper Lusatian hill country to the river´s entry into the Havel about 420 km further downstream in Berlin. Quaint wrap-round houses, enchanting towns with many sights, large tracts of heath and scenic ponds as well as the Spree valley all lie along this fascinating route.
