Depending on client requirements, we can arrange for overnights stays in hotels of two- to five-star quality. Room allocations at hotels in a wide variety of destinations enable AugustusTours to offer quick, uncomplicated hotel bookings at favourable rates. 2. How do AugustusTours choose their service partners? We work with selected service partners who fulfil our quality requirements. Particular emphasis is placed on reliable cooperation and good service. If you are pleased with the service partner(s) provided for your tour, we are happy to arrange for them to accompany you on future tours (subject to availability). 3. How does the enquiry/booking process work? Once you have submitted your enquiry/booking request we will send you a tailored quote. If you indicate to us that you would like to make a firm booking, we will then send you a written confirmation of your booking. In the case of long-term bookings, we will remain in regular contact with you in order to provide you with notice of deadlines and check current booking levels. Once the free cancellation period has elapsed your booking status will be amended accordingly. Your travel documents include final details of your tour, and will arrive with you in good time before the start of your tour. Where required we are happy to greet you or your guests personally upon arrival in Dresden. 4. When is the end of the free cancellation period? As a general rule, the free cancellation period for the entire tour ends 42 days before the tour start date. We reserve the right to alter the length of this period in accordance with the service partners involved in the tour. Ticket bookings are subject to special conditions. 5. How does arrival and departure occur? You are free to choose the way in which your tour group arrives and departs. We are pleased to provide you with support if you wish to organise the arrival and departure of your tour group through us. 6. What do AugustusTours travel documents include? Depending on the scope of the tour services booked, your travel documents will include local information, tickets, vouchers and a comprehensive tour schedule featuring important details and contact data for service providers. 7. What happens if my tour group has questions or problems during the tour? AugustusTours is available on a 24-hour basis. 8. What if my tour guide or I do not know the region? Where required, we are pleased to offer a preliminary tour which allows you to experience the planned itinerary, tour components and our excellent service for yourself. |
