Welcome to Germany’s vibrant capital! Upon arrival, you have time to explore Berlin at your own pace – stroll along the Spree River, visit the Brandenburg Gate or take in history on Museum Island.

Day 2: Central Berlin - Potsdam (approx. 50 km)
Your cycling adventure begins as you follow the Spree Cycle Path westward. After a scenic ferry crossing over Lake Wannsee (ticket not included), you cross the historic Glienicke Bridge into Potsdam. This elegant city awaits with stunning palaces, landscaped gardens, and peaceful lakes.

Day 3: Potsdam - Stadt Brandenburg (approx. 61 km)
You pedal along the idyllic shores of Lake Templin and through the orchard region of Werder. Continue through open Brandenburg countryside to the historic town of Brandenburg an der Havel, beautifully spread across islands and peninsulas.

Day 4: Stadt Brandenburg - Rathenow (approx. 65 km)
Today’s route leads you through the heart of the Havelland. Youll pass peaceful meadows and quaint villages of the Schollener Land before arriving in Rathenow – known as Germanys "City of Optics".

Day 5: Rathenow - Havelberg (approx. 52 km)
Cycle through the pristine landscapes of the Westhavelland Nature Park. Youll soon reach the charming town of Havelberg, where the Elbe and Havel rivers meet. Discover its medieval cathedral and quiet old town.

Day 6: Havelberg - Wittenberge (approx. 38 km)
Todays ride follows the Elbe dike through peaceful riverside scenery. Optional: Take a detour to Rühstädt – Germanys famous "stork village". Your destination is Wittenberge, a historic town marked by its impressive clock tower and river harbor.

Day 7: Wittenberge - Hitzacker (approx. 75 km)
Todays stage is longer but unforgettable. Ride through the remote beauty of the former inner-German border and the Wendland region. Your day ends in Hitzacker, a delightful half-timbered town on the German Timber-Frame Road.

Day 8: Hitzacker - Lauenburg (approx. 53 km)
Cycle through the untouched river meadows of the Lower Elbe Valley. Your route leads you to Lauenburg, a charming baroque town filled with colorful timber-framed houses dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries.

Day 9: Lauenburg - Hamburg (approx. 57 km)
Your final cycling day takes you northward along the Elbe River. Pass through quiet rural villages and flat meadows before reaching the vibrant port city of Hamburg. Celebrate the end of your journey with a harbor cruise or a walk along the iconic Landungsbrücken.

Day 10: Individual departure from Hamburg
Take your time to review your memories of the journey along the Havel and Elbe before departure. You are welcome to prolong your cycling holidays with additional nights, e.g. in Hamburg or other towns along the route from Berlin to Hamburg. We will be delighted to arrange the accommodations for you.

Berlin is easy to reach by train from all major cities in Germany.
From Berlin's main train station, you then have the option of using public transportation to get to your hotel.

Please understand that there are limited parking facilities at the hotel, especially in the city centers.
