Package deals for cycling groups
Together with friends and acquaintances you can enjoy special cycle tours along the most beautiful German Cycle Pathes. If you wish so, a qualified guide will accompany you during your active tours and show you the sights of the region. We select suitable hotels and service providers based on the size of your group – ensuring that your active tours are a relaxing and unforgettable experience.
In addition to our basic package deals we also offer additional services such as local guides, guided city tours and tickets for museums and concerts. We are flexible where meal requirements are concerned – so please let us know if you require half board (not available on all tours) or restaurant reservations. We would be pleased to organise your group´s next cycle or walking holidays and look forward to your individual request.
Special deals for cycle groups

You can therefore rely on the following advantages:
- Individual choice of dates: You decide when your cycle tour starts! Our bike travel offers are not bound to any arrival days.
- Attractive prices: We have negotiated good group conditions with our long-standing partner hotels and can therefore present you with attractive offers. Unless otherwise stated, visitor's taxes, bed or accommodation taxes etc. are not part of the trip and are payable by you on site.
- Offers for smaller bicycle groups: All group prices of our active tour offers are valid for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 full-paying guests. We will be happy to provide you with offers for smaller or larger group sizes on request.
- Individual stage design: Our group travel offer should serve as a suggestion for your cycle trip. Of course we will be happy to adapt the tour data, start and destination as well as the length of the stages to the wishes of your group.
General services for bicycle groups
Basic package
All group tours offered can be booked as basic packages and upgraded with additional services. The basic package includes the corresponding number of overnight stays in cycle-friendly hotels and guesthouses (3 and 4-star standard) as well as a package of maps and information material for the tour guide or bus driver. All our group tours include a rich breakfast for a good start into an active holiday day.
Additional services
You are welcome to upgrade the basic package of your group tour with some PLUS packages.
We can book for you e.g. our Culinary PLUS, where you can enjoy a meal every evening at your hotel or in a local restaurant.- In addition to the culinary delights, we organize cultural highlights that include a selection of interesting guided tours, sightseeing tours or even tastings on the tour route.
- By booking our luggage transfer services you can cycle or hike without any worries, because we take care of the transport of your luggage from accommodation to accommodation.
- Rental bikes: For our bike tours we are happy to provide comfortable touring bikes with different frame heights: Ladies' bikes with low entry, men's bikes (both with hub and derailleur gears) and electric bikes. Children's bikes and tandems can also be organized on request.
- Tourist guides: For your cycle group tour, we are happy to provide you with an expert cycling tour guide who is familiar with the area, who will accompany you and your guests throughout the entire tour and who will assist you with route knowledge and knowledge of the country and its people. Please ask us for an offer including tour guide.

Discounts for small groups
Most of our cycle tour packages for individual travellers can also be booked by (small) groups. We offer the following discounts on package tours including luggage transport service (excluding additional services):
- If 4 fully paying guests are booked: - 6%
- If 8 fully paying guests are booked: - 10%
The discounts indicated are offered on the condition that a joint invoice is sent to a single recipient and a single address is specified for travel documents. Payment of the full tour balance is to be made by a single person. Small-group discounts cannot be combined with other special offers. Here you can find more information about discounts.
