Helpful notes on your luggage

We would like your activity tours with AugustusTours to become a special experience! As we know it is not only nice weather and scenic landscape that make your cycling or walking holidays unforgettable but also complete luggage. In order to ensure that you enjoy a carefree cycling or walking holiday, all our tours feature a reliable luggage transport service. You spend the day carrying nothing but a small rucksack, and we make sure your luggage is waiting for you when you arrive at your next hotel.

Our luggage transfer service at a glance

• During your activity holidays with AugustusTours your luggage is to be left at the hotel reception desk by 9 a.m.
• It will be available at your next hotel by 5 p.m. at the latest.
• Maximum weight: 20 kg per piece of luggage.
• In advance of your activity holidays you will receive luggage tags with your travel documents. Please attach them to your suitcases in order that they can be correctly identified and transferred.

Luggage labels

You will find two luggage labels for each traveller in your package. Please note the total number of luggage pieces which you and your fellow travellers are using in the appropriate box. This entry is important for a correct identification of your luggage. Next please separate the label inserts at the perforated line and insert them into the luggage tag. Please clearly mark additional pieces of luggage with your group name and the booking number.
