AugustusTours GmbH & Co. KG strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG) and the Accessible Websites Act (BfWebG) in conjunction with the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). The BfWebG is supplemented by the Barrier-Free Websites Ordinance (BfWebVO). These laws are in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102. This accessibility statement applies to www.augustustours.de.

Accessibility status

Accessibility is based on the internationally applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformity level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1. For PDF documents, the international standard PDF/UA-1 is also observed.

This website is only partially accessible according to the above guidelines.

Non-accessible content

The following content is only accessible to a limited extent:

Alternative texts: Alternative texts have not yet been stored for some objects.

Maps: Some maps are not fully accessible, but their essential information is provided as accessible alternatives (written directions).

Heading order: The logical order of headings is not yet fully adhered to, which makes navigation with assistive programmes difficult.

Contrast ratio: In certain areas, the contrast ratio could be improved to increase readability.

Audio and video alternatives: Alternatives such as subtitles or descriptions are not currently available for all multimedia elements.

Forms: Some form fields do not have corresponding labels, which makes them difficult to use.

Easy language and sign language: The essential content for navigation and explanations of accessibility is currently available in easy language, but not in sign language.

Accessibility features: There are no controls that allow direct activation of accessibility features such as read-aloud function, contrast enhancement, different colour schemes and font size adjustment.

AugustusTours GmbH & Co. KG is endeavouring to remedy these shortcomings quickly in order to achieve a high level of accessibility. Content will be gradually adapted or replaced by accessible alternatives by 2027.

You have submitted a request regarding the accessibility of our website using the contact details above.
