He is now generally regarded as one of the greatest composers of all time.

Itinerary

Day 1: Individual arrival in Eisenach
Depending on when you arrive in Eisenach, you will have time to see the city on your own.

Day 2: Eisenach
Get your music tour off to a historic start in the footsteps of Johann Sebastian Bach. Today, your group will discover the traces the famous musician left behind in Eisenach, now named after Martin Luther, during a guided tour of the city. The information will be deepened in the afternoon at the Bach Museum.

Day 3: Excursion to Wechmar and Mühlhausen
On the second day of your music tour, your excursion will take you to Wechmar, where you will visit the Bach Stamm House. The museum has been exhibiting original collections since 1997. In the afternoon, your group will then get to know the Unstrut town of Mühlhausen better during a themed tour of the old town. In the Blasii Church, which is a three-nave hall church with an elaborately designed facade and a wheel window, J.S. Bach worked as an organist for a year.

Day 4: Excursion to Arnstadt, onward journey to Weimar.
Bach also left his mark in Arnstadt. You will explore the Bach Church, the Bach House and the Bach Monument. Also worthwhile is a visit to the Bach exhibition in Arnstadt Castle and a detour to the wedding church in Dornheim! In the afternoon you will drive to Weimar.

Day 5: Weimar and Leipzig
Before this music tour takes your guests to Leipzig, an exploration of Weimar is on the agenda. They will first visit the city church of St. Peter and Paul, baptistery of Johann Sebastian Bachs two sons. In the afternoon, your guests will get to know Leipzig, Goethes "Little Paris", better.

Day 6: Leipzig During a themed city tour through the old town of this traditional trading city, the tour guide will introduce your group to important details, interesting anecdotes and historical events, immersing your guests in centuries past. A visit to St. Thomas Church should be as much a part of any music tour to Leipzig as a visit to the Bach Museum.

Day 7: Individual departure or extension of your musical cultural tour.
Extend the itinerary of this musical tour and complement your cultural trip with an excursion to the Bach town of Köthen. Bach lived and worked here as Kapellmeister from 1717-1723.
