AugustusTours is awarded the German Grand Prix of medium-sized businesses
As one of three companies in Saxony, AugustusTours has been awarded the German Grand Prix of medium-sized businesses of the Oskar Patzelt Foundation in Dresden on 9th September 2017.
River cruises on the rise
River cruises are gaining more and more popularity with Germany being one of the favorite European destinations, offering diverse sceneries and various cultural highlights along its rivers. As we are a specialist in the field of land programmes and excursions for river cruises, we extended our range of tour offers within the last weeks.
Reopening of Berlin State Opera Unter den Linden
During the reconstruction period of seven years the Berlin State Opera had its temporary location at the Schiller Theatre in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The construction works of the opera house Unter den Linden will be finished soon and so the State Opera will be back “home”. On 30th September this will be celebrated with a grand open air concert which will join into the new season. The official start of the season will be on 3rd October.

The Gardens of the World in Berlin´s district Marzahn-Hellersdorf are worth a visit throughout the year during a group tour to Berlin. From April the International Horticultural Exhibition invites visitors to an unforgettable event of the most beautiful garden designs and landscape architecture.
