Early bird discount

Early bird discount

If you book a cycling tour or a hiking tour until 29th February 2024, you will receive an early bird discount of 5% on the basic tour price (excluding additional services) on catalog and internet packages.

We can understand your concerns and your reluctance to plan your trip. To give you more security, we also offer you our FlexPLUS package for all AugustusTours original tours in 2024. This allows you to rebook or cancel your trip once up to 28 days before departure without giving any reason. The regular cancellation fee of 20% of the tour price is then waived for you.

Discount for small groups

Group discounts for small groups

You will receive the following discount on all our catalogue and internet "AugustusTours Original Tours" (apart from our walking holidays) including luggage transport (excluding additional services, discount is not valid for "Partner Tours"):

  • If 6 fully paying guests are booked: - 6%

This group discount is only valid if the tour is invoiced for on a joint (i.e. group) basis and all travel documents are sent to a single, stipulated address. Payment of the total invoice amount is to be made by one person. Discount for small groups is not combinable with other special offers.

Child Discounts

Co-travelling children up to the age of 12.99 who stay in their parents' room (2 full-paying adults) during the active holiday (e.g. on an extra bed) receive a 50% discount on the package tour price of the booked tour (excluding additional services) for our self-organised tours (AugustusTours original tours). The children's discount does not apply if there is only one adult with one child(ren).
Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge in their parents' room (2 full-paying adults) during the cycling or walking holiday.

Three people on Tour

Triple Room Discount

For all cycle and walking tours of AugustusTours (AugustusTours original tours), you will receive a 3% discount on the basic tour price if you stay in a triple room with three full paying people. When booking, please indicate in the "Comments" field that you would like to stay in a triple room.

The three-bed room discount cannot be combined with the children's discount.
