Questions about your group tour
Yes, you can arrive on any date. If you send us your favourite date we will check the hotel availability and other required services.

Our service partners are e.g. coach companies, hotels, guides, ticket agencies. We work with selected service partners who fulfill our quality requirements. Particular emphasis is placed on reliable cooperation and good service. If you are pleased with the service partner(s) provided for your tour, we would be happy to arrange for them to accompany you on future tours (subject to availability).
You are free to choose the way in which your tour group arrives and departs. We are pleased to provide you with support if you wish to organise the arrival and departure of your tour group through us. You find first help here.

Depending on the scope of the tour services booked, your travel documents will include local information, tickets, vouchers and a comprehensive tour schedule featuring important details and contact data for service providers.

Questions about the booking procedure
Once you have submitted your enquiry/booking request we will send you a tailored quote. If you indicate to us that you would like to make a firm booking, we will then send you a written confirmation of your booking. In the case of long-term bookings, we will remain in regular contact with you in order to provide you with notice of deadlines and check current booking levels. Once the free cancellation period has elapsed your booking status will be amended accordingly. Your travel documents include final details of your tour, and will arrive with you in good time before the start of your tour. Where required we are happy to greet you or your guests personally upon arrival in Dresden.
After your booking you will get a confirmation. Generally payment of 50% of the tour price is due 4 weeks before the tour commences. This allows travel documents to be sent to you in good time prior to the start of the tour. Final payment is due within two weeks of tour completion. Any costs or credits which arise out of the amendment of the number of people travelling, the program of events or the tour timeframe will either be settled along with the final payment or invoiced separately.
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or crossed cheque. Transfer fees are to be paid by the customer.

As a general rule, the free cancellation period for the entire tour ends 42 days before the tour start date. We reserve the right to alter the length of this period in accordance with the service partners involved in the tour. Ticket bookings are subject to special conditions. You may find different terms in your enquiry/ booking confirmation.
