AugustusTours is only able to provide tickets if they are booked for a group of at least 10 people and in combination with at least one overnight stay.
You will receive an individual offer from us...
...including an option date by which you need to have made a definitive decision on how many tickets you wish to purchase. All ticket prices are subject to a 10 % agent’s fee and VAT (for the services provided by AugustusTours). In addition to overnight stays and tickets, AugustusTours can also plan an itinerary for your trip including guided city tours, visits to museums, excursions out into the surrounding region and restaurant recommendations. Your benefit: A single point of contact for your entire tour.
Once you have sent us written confirmation of your booking...
...the tickets cannot be returned free of charge and are subject to the payment and cancellation terms operated by the respective opera house or concert hall (the terms will be appended to our original quote). Once we have received payment for your tickets we will either send them out to you along with your travel documents, arrange for box office collection or have them delivered to you in another convenient way.
