Information about your payment options

For payments please use one of the accounts listed here, registered to AugustusTours. Please note that the payment amount must be received in Euro (€). Any fees incurred for this will be charged to the client:

In order to correctly allocate your payment, we ask you to provide us with the following information. You will find this information, as well as the date of the payment, on your invoice (see markings in the image):

• Invoice no. (in format RGxxxxxxxxx)
• Client no. (in format xxxxxx)
• First name/ surname of the travel applicant (or, in the case of partial payments, the first name / surname of the traveller for whom payment is made)

AugustusTours accepts Visa and MasterCard as means of payment. For this purpose we work together with the payment provider "VR Payment GmbH". This company guarantees the highest level of security for the recording and transmission of payment data. For each payment transaction only the necessary data is transmitted and directly checked for validity.

• Invoice no. (in format RGxxxxxxxxx)
• Client no. (in format xxxxxx)
• First name / surname of the travel applicant (or, in the case of partial payments, the first name / surname of the traveller for whom payment is made)
• Your e-mail address, if you wish to receive an automated e-mail about the status of your payment.
• Credit card details
• Since September 2019, it has also been mandatory to provide the payer's address for all credit card payments within the European Union in order to prevent fraud.

Please note that you must have registered (if you haven't already done so) for VISA Secure or for Mastercard® Identity Check™, which can be done easily and quickly on the homepage of your card-issuing bank.
